Compared with other hotels at this level it was smart and clean which set the tone for the whole experience. Very friendly and helpful staff. Bed was very comfortable more so than the more expensive hotels I had recently stayed in with their superfluous pillows, extra thick quilts and under quilts which are a pain. Great for the money. Good access to airport and freeways. Watch out for the surrounding neighborhood. It didn't look. Not much by way of dining close to the hotel.

The hotel staff was very friendly and eager to help in any way they could. It was clean and lived up to the rating that I requested. The only complaint I have is that it should be clear when you make your reservations that they do not have an elevator. Guest should request a first floor room if they are handicap or cannot climb the stairs. Thanks ...read more

Clean, courteous and well located. No elevator to second floor. Some of the other guests decided to have a domestic dispute at 3A.M.
